Cidades, corpos medicalizados e o biocapital: o mercado da saúde / Cities, bodies medicalized and the biocapital: the market health

Resumo Este artigo tem o objetivo de colocar em interrogação as práticas de medicalização das cidades e dos corpos por meio do governo da vida, em uma sociedade neoliberal que tornou as populações capitais e os espaços das cidades lugares de empreendimento. Pretende pensar os processos de subjetivação fazendo uma crítica ao investimento das cidades e dos corpos enquanto biocapitais, assegurados por um mercado crescente, em nome da saúde e segurança. Com os estudos de Michel Foucault e algumas de suas ferramentas, efetuou-se uma história breve da medicalização das cidades e dos corpos bem como dos seus efeitos na produção de subjetividades, no contemporâneo (AU).

Abstract This article aims to put in question the medicalization practices of cities and bodies through the government of life in a neoliberal society that became the capital populations and areas of the city enterprise spaces. Want to think the subjectivity processes making a critical investment of cities and bodies as biocapitais rely on a growing market, in the name of health and safety. With the studies of Michel Foucault and some of its tools made a brief history of the medicalization of cities and bodies. Procesos de medicalización de la vida escolar y prácticas sustitutivas / Processes of medicalization of school life and substitute practices

Este artículo presenta algunas líneas de problematización sobre las condiciones actuales de la medicalización y su incidencia en la infancia. Se destacan la influencia de los medios y el DSM como dispositivos centrales en la producción de patologías, señalando la urgencia de la construcción de prácticas sustitutivas de aquellas que invisten en la medicalización de la vida.

This article presents some lines of problematization about the current conditions of medicalization and its incidence in childhood. The influence of the media and the DSM are highlighted as central devices in the production of pathologies, pointing out the urgency of the construction of substitute practices for those that invest in the medicalization of life.

Entreatos: percursos e construções da psicologia na rede pública de ensino / Interludes: psychology routes and constructions in the public teaching network

Neste artigo buscamos colocar em discussão a pesquisa-intervenção que vem se constituindo com a Rede de Proteção ao Educando no ensino público do Rio de Janeiro, abordando a formação dos trabalhadores sociais como um processo instigador de novos conceitos e práticas institucionais na perspectiva ético-estético-política. Para isso, damos visibilidade ao percurso que compõe o território escolar nas suas múltiplas forças, remetendo à reflexão sobre nossos atos, nossas implicações com as instituições em jogo e favorecendo escolhas sobre a melhor forma de trabalhar e viver. In this paper we try to discuss an intervention-research that has been constituted in the Student Protection Network in Rio de Janeiro public teaching, approaching the formation of social workers as an instigating process of new institutional concepts and practices in the ethic-esthetic-political perspective. For this, we give visibility to the route that compounds the scholar territory in its multiple forces, remitting to the reflection about our acts, our implications with the institutions at stake and favoring the choices about the better ways of working and living. Micropolítica e o exercício da pesquisa-intervenção: referenciais e dispositivos em análise / Micro-politics and the practice of intervention-research: references and devices in analysis

Este trabalho tem como objetivo o aprofundamento da discussão dos referenciais da pesquisa-intervenção como uma investigação participativa que busca a interferência coletiva na produção de micropolíticas de transformação social. Inicialmente, destacamos algumas polêmicas que envolvem tanto os referenciais cientificistas clássicos quanto os denominados críticos, que emergem a partir de 1970 para fundamentar pesquisas comunitárias e educacionais nas ciências humanas e sociais. Pretendemos apontar seus limites na análise das instituições e na contribuição para mudanças das práticas. A seguir, procedemos ao exame dos conceitos de real e de pensamento, dando suporte à proposta da pesquisa-intervenção. Tais conceitos serão discutidos a partir da perspectiva genealógica, para colocar em discussão o movimento como diferença. Tratamos também das referências disponibilizadas pelo institucionalismo, vinculadas à socioanálise e à esquizoanálise, que evidenciam as ferramentas de pesquisa e de intervenção na experiência social. Nas considerações finais, destacamos as contribuições das reflexões construídas no texto, que abre caminho para novas interrogações na invenção de outras análises, movimentos e demandas.

This paper aims to discuss intervention-research as a participatory investigation that tries to set up collective interference in the production of micro-politics for social changing. Firstly we enlighten some of the polemics that envolve not only the classical scientificist paradigms, but also the critical ones that emerge from 1970 on in order to support community and educational research in social and human sciences. We intend to show their insufficiencies in the analysis of institutions and in the contribution for changes in the practices. Afterwards we shall review the concepts or real and thinking, giving support to the proposal of intervention-research. These concepts wil be discussed on the basis of a genealogical point of view so as to allow us to apprehend movement as difference. We shall also consider the references brought to light by institucionalism, which are put forward by socioanalysis and schizoanalysis, expliciting the tools of research and intervention in social experience. At last, we shall emphasize the contributions of the reflections built in the text, that enable new questions in the invention of other analysis, movements and demands.

Pesquisa-intervenção e a produção de novas análises / Participatory action research and the production of new analysis

Partindo de um histórico das pesquisas participativas nos seus diferentes momentos de constituição e propostas relativas às mudanças na produção de conhecimento, este trabalho tem como perspectiva apresentar e discutir os pressupostos teórico-metodológicos da pesquisa-intervenção. A pesquisa-intervenção vem constituindo-se em um dispositivo de transformação vinculado tanto à formação acadêmica dos psicólogos, quanto às práticas nas instituições, possibilitando novas análises construídas entre a macro e a micropolítica
